Parent, Contracting Officer, (813) 828-3815 ext 346 The following is an outline of anticipated work under the Combat Arms Training Building 1882 Addition at MacDill AFB, Florida: 1. Grading, earth moving, concrete work, and asphalt paving for new addition and existing area surroundings. 2. Demolition of two restrooms in an existing building. Construct an office in its place. 3. Adding 1400 square feet onto an existing buidling, in which restrooms, classrooms, and storage will occur. 4. The existing buidling HVAC system shall be completely removed. A new HVAC system shall encompass the existing and new building. 5. The new addition shall receive electrical luminaries, receptacles, and associated electrical utilization equipment. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The issue date will be on or about 14 June 1998. The bid opening date will be on or about 14 July 1998.
