Work includes but is not strictly limited to the following: Demolition and removal of existing limestone exterior parapets and portions of existing brick parapet back-up construction at roof side of existing parapets; Most work commences up from the head of 11th floor windows approximately 170 feet from lower grade level; Installation of concrete unit masonry including reinforcing and miscellaneous metal; Installation of stone masonry veneer to concrete and masonry back-up (Some stones will exceed a ton or more in weight); Installation of steel lintels; Installation of miscellaneous sheet metal accessories and through-wall sheet metal flashings; Installation of manufactured vertical metal siding at the interior side of exposed parapets; Installation of sealants; and cleaning and restoration of site to original condition. The price of this project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
