Krutz, Contracting Officer, (601) 686-5361 The U.S. Department of Agriculture requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary to renovate the 1969 Wing at the USDA, ARS, Sedimentation Laboratory, Oxford, Mississippi. Due to the type work and existing conditions bidders are strongly urged to attend the site visit. The work includes but is not limited to; miscellaneous interior demolition, providing new laboratory casework, provide new ceramic tile flooring, provide miscellaneous minor electrical work, paint interior surfaces as indicated, and provide new acoustical ceiling and lights in accordance with specifications. The work will be completed 120 days. An IFB will be issued on or about June 4, 1998. An estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
