The project is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract with a guaranteed minimum of $200,000. The minimum delivery order is $5,000.00. Unit prices will be taken for a Base Year (year one) and one Option Year (year two). Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for the life of the contract.
