This requirement calls for the design, delivery and installation of Dry
Particulate Filter Systems meeting the requirement of Title 40 CFR Part
63, Subpart GG, National emission Standards for Hazardous Air
Pollutants for Source Categories: Aerospace Manufacturing and Rework
Facilities; Primer and Topcoat Application Operations (including
proposed rulings). The system is to be installed in 24 paint booths and
bays located at various sites aboard the Naval Air Station
Jacksonville, FL and belonging to the Naval Aviation Repair Depot,
Jacksonville, FL. The installed systems shall be completely compatible
with the existing ventilation systems. Barium, chromium and strontium
may be present on surfaces to be removed or disturbed and the
Contractor shall be solely responsible for proper handling of such
materials. Some performance may be required in areas that are
classified as confined spaces. The contract will include a requirements
provision to provide replacement filters for all systems for three full
years after completion of the installation of the last unit. All
systems shall be completely installed not later than 31 March 1999. No
paint booth may be out of service for more than 5 working days and Bay
1 and 4 in Building 868 may not be out of services for more than 15
working days each. Please submit all requests for this solicitation in
