Annex in Orlando, FL. The following firms have been short-listed for
this project: Leers Weinzapfel Associates, Boston, MA; Garrison Siegel
Architects, New York, NY; Pei Cobb Freed & Partners Architects, New
York, NY; Koetter, Kim & Associates, Inc., Boston, MA; R.M. Kliment &
Frances Halsband Architects, New York, NY. The short-listed offerors
will develop the complete project team and submit SF255s and SF254s for
the entire project team. It is not necessary to re-submit information
submitted in the Stage One selection process. Selection shall be based
upon: 1) Experience, Background, Qualifications, and Design Ability of
Key Personnel committed to the Project Team (30%); 2) Project
Management Approach (15%); 3) Special Consideration (includes design
and production principles, metric experience, design and production
facilities, and production principles, and compatibility to Microsoft
office automation, Autocad, and Prolog Manager) (15%); and 4) Design
Experience and Approach of Project Team (40%). The Government will
provide further information regarding the selection criteria to the
short-listed firms. Each short-listed firm will be interviewed and all
key personnel listed in the entire project team are expected to attend
this interview. Short-listed offerors are required to respond by
submitting three (3) copies of the Stage II submittal information
listed above to the office and address listed below, to be received by
that office no later than 3:00 PM on July 8, 1998. Late submittals
will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.215-10. General Services

General Services Administration will host a networking session for
small, small disadvantaged, and women-owned small businesses to meet
with the key designers and their proposed production firms for possible
teaming capabilities. Each short-listed firm shall have a
representative present at this networking session. This networking
session is intended to provide key designers and production firms with
the opportunity to meet with small, minority, and women-owned
businesses who may be considered as consultants, because they possess
special skills required for the successful performance of their
contracts. The networking session is also intended to assist the
short-listed firms in meeting the established minimum goals for
subcontracting with small, minority and women owned firms. The
networking session is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., June 2,
1998, at the George C. Young FB-CT, 80 North Hughey Avenue, Orlando,
