It is not necessary to re-submit information submitted in the Stage One selection process. Selection shall be based upon: 1) Experience, Background, Qualifications, and Design Ability of Key Personnel committed to the Project Team (30%); 2) Project Management Approach (15%); 3) Special Consideration (includes design and production principles, metric experience, design and production facilities, and production principles, and compatibility to Microsoft office automation, Autocad, and Prolog Manager) (15%); and 4) Design Experience and Approach of Project Team (40%). The Government will provide further information regarding the selection criteria to the short-listed firms. Each short-listed firm will be interviewed and all key personnel listed in the entire project team are expected to attend this interview. Each short-listed firm shall have a representative present at this networking session. This networking session is intended to provide key designers and production firms with the opportunity to meet with small, minority, and women-owned businesses who may be considered as consultants, because they possess special skills required for the successful performance of their contracts. The networking session is also intended to assist the short-listed firms in meeting the established minimum goals for subcontracting with small, minority and women owned firms. The networking session is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., June 2, 1998, at the George C. Young FB-CT, 80 North Hughey Avenue, Orlando, FL.
