The Installation Contracting Division, HQ, IOC, is seeking sources to provide all labor, materials, testing equipment, tools, and replacement parts to perform normal operations, routine preventive maintenance, routine repairs, emergency repairs, and off-season maintenance to approximately 30 boilers located throughout the Blue Grass Army Depot Installation. The installation is located in Madison County, Kentucky approximately five miles south of Richmond, Kentucky and is comprised of approximately 14,500 acres. Potential sources are invited to submit complete information about their capabilities. Only written responses will be accepted. Responses must indicate if they are a large or small firm. Responses shall be sent to HQ, IOC, Attn: AMSIO-ACI-S, Valiant DuHart, Rock Island, IL 61299-6000. Interested parties must respond to this notice in writing within 15 calendar days from the date of this publication. NO contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, the information will be used in the Installation Contracting Division's assessment of capable sources.
