The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to issue orders under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0013 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), St. Augustine, Florida. These orders will be for Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM) with associated over and above services incident to each SDLM for up to twenty-one (21) F-14 aircraft. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 aircraft, NGC is the only known commercial source who possesses the required expertise and knowledge to provide the required effort.
