N -- PROVIDE AND INSTALL ELECTRONIC COURTROOM VIDEO TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, US FEDERAL COURTHOUSE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM SOL OXHSFD-98-021 DUE 080198 POC Denise Reavis, 202-273-1468 Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary to provide, install and test complete and fully operational Electronic Courtroom Video Technology systems in three(3)courtrooms, and one (1) hub control room in the US Federal Courthouse in Albuquerque, NM. These courtroom will have integrated components of Electronic courtroom Video technology installed, supported by a control room, cameras, recording and a conference system. The work includes but is not limited to supply/fabrication/testing and adjustment of video equipment, preparation of operations and maintenance manuals, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient quality to permit repair and adjustment of system components to manufacture specifications. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest-price. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.
