FLETCHER, (228) 689-8369 The Naval Oceanographic Office intends to procure Engineering and Technical Support Services to design, develop, document acquire, install, integrate, test, support and maintain meteorological and oceanographic (METOC) programs, products, equipment and systems for the Commander, Naval Oceanography and Meteorology Command (COMNAVMETOCCOM), located at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. The required services will include effort in the following areas: 1) Program Management; 2) Software Support Services; and 3) Analytical and Engineering Services. The successful offeror will be required to maintain a local office within a two hour commuting distance of Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. Issuance of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. This procurement is being conducted on an unrestricted, full and open competition basis. The anticipated contract will be for a base year plus four one-year options, with an estimated 34,000 man-hours per year. All responsible sources may submita proposal which shall be considered by the Naval Oceanographic Office.
