This action will acquire 125,000 manhours for continued engineering and logistics support of the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) program. Pursuant to FAR 6.302, we plan to negotiate this on a cost-plus-fixed-fee sole source basis with Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc., the current FMTV production and ESIP contractor.
