Wells (301)227-3474 or Linda Jenista-Martin (301)227-5774 The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (CDNSWC), Comptroller Department has a requirement to: (1) provide support for the processing, transcribing, retrieving, validation, and correction of accounting data from source documents into automated accounting and financial systems; (2) provide support in the processing and input of incoming funding documents, processing job order and work unit information, and processing final bills in the automated financial system; and (3) provide support to monitor and analyze financial information generated by various accounting and financial systems and produce financial reports and briefing material for the Comptroller, Division management and external reporting. The period of performance will be for a total of five (5) years consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. It is estimated to require 20,800 workhours (of effort per year for an estimated total of 184,000 workhours of effort over the total performance period of five (5) years. Theworksite is located in Bethesda, MD. Approximately 2080 workhours will be required in Philadelphia, PA during option years. The RFP will be issued o/a 01 June 1998 with a closing date of approximately 30 days thereafter. It is requested that copies of the solicitation be made in writing.
