Real Estate Asset Managers (REAMS) perform management and custodial services for one-to-four family properties owned or held by the US Dept of HUD in the 20 county area of Middle Alabama, including the metropolitan area of Montgomery. Duties will include but are not limited to preparing specifications for repairs, soliciting bids for repairs, performing lawn maintenance, winterizing property and pool, securing property and pool, conducting property inspections, installing locks, and cleaning interior and exterior. To qualify for award, the contractor must have a Real Estate Broker License for the State of Alabama, and must be experienced in management of single family properties. The contract will be for one year with four one-year options.
