The Office for Equal Employment Opportunity/SAMHSA through the Program Support Center, General Acquisition Branch has a six month requirement to develop and implement an evaluation plan to assess SAMHSA's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program. This is to be done in three phases: Phase 1 will be the devlopment of a plan to assess the efficiency of the EEO program. Phase 2 will be the implementation or performance of the EEO program. Phase 3 will be the development of a manual to enable the agency to update performance information and conduct periodic self-directed program evaluations in the future. this acquisition is being made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is 100% set-aside for small business.
