S -- PEST CONTROL SERVICES SOL RFP 10-3K06-98 POC Contracting Officer, Lyndia Countee, (301) 504-1700 or Sharon Boykin, Contract Specialist, (301) 504-1710 The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, chemicals, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary for the control of rodents and insects inhabiting the interior of regularly occupied buildings. Pest control services shall be provided to approximately 300 buildings (offices, laboratories, greenhouses, storage areas, shops, and animal holding facilities) located at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center, Beltsville, MD; and the U.S. National Arboretum, Washington, DC. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The period of performance shall be from October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999, with four twelve (12) month options.
