The Contractor must demonstrate and will be selected by formal competitive negotiation procedures based on, at a minimum, the following evaluation factors: (1) Relevant Experience and Capability; (2) Contractor and Subcontractor Past Performance, and (3) Cost/Price. This contract provides a base year performance period with 4 years of options. Award may be made on initial proposal. This contract is 100% set aside for small business(size standard: $5.0M).
