The contractor will be required to provide personnel with top secret (TS -- sensitive compartment information (SCI) security clearances to escort uncleared personnel and perform custodial services on daily, periodic and on-call basis at DOD Special Representative Japan (DSRJ) facilities located on Yokota AB, Japan. The performance period for the basic contract will be one year from 01 OCT 98 (or date of award, whichever occurs later) through 30 SEP 99 with a possible four (4) one year-option period; for a total of sixty months. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 28 MAY 98; with the proposal closing date to be on or about 29 JUN 98.
