The Social Security Administration (SSA), proposes to contract with vendors, for the purpose of producing an instructional videotape about Neurological Laboratory Tests. The purpose of this requirement is to produce a videotape, approximately 45 minutes in length, that will utilize dramatic sequences to demonstrate how neurological laboratory tests are used as part of the disability adjudicative process. The contractor with the approval of, the SSA Project Offi will be responsible, for writing a script for the video; providing cast members producing, directing, editing, and duplicating the video. The contractor shall supply SSA with the master copy and 120 copies of the tape. The Contractor shall demonstrate prior experience by submitting, as part of their proposal, three (3) ten minute segments from three (3) different video programs that have been produced in the last five years. Offers are being solicited from firms randomly selected from the Qualified Video Producers List (QVPL), maintained by theFederal Audiovisual Contract Management Office, under transaction number 1085. All requests must be in writing. Award is restricted to firms and /or individuals on the QVPL. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
