This is a Small Business Set-Aside, SIC Code 4212, for the transportation, labor and related moving services for the relocation of US Environmental Protection Agency offices currently located at the following addresses: 839 Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, Md., 201 Defense Highway, Annapolis, Md., 2530 Riva Road, Annapolis, Md., Warehouse 2001-B Commerce Part Drive, Annapolis, Md. and Bldg. 306 Beltsville Agricultural Research Center, Beltsville, Md. All of those offices and scientific laboratories will be moved to a new location at the Environmental Science Center, 701 Mapes Rd, Fort Meade, Md. All property to be relocated over a phased move project schedule of several weeks. Approximately 130 employees will be moving to the new location. A mandatory pre-proposal walk/thru will be conducted which will include all locations to familiarize offerors with the scope of the project. The tentative date of the site visit is June 10, 1998. Offerors will be required to visit each location on the date of the site visit in order to be considered for award. Each offeror will be limited to two (2) representatives for the walk-thru.
