requirement is for Life Extension Consolidated Task No. 4 at Bryan
Mound (Brazoria County, TX). The scope of work for this task involves
mechanical, electrical, civil and structural disciplines, and includes
the following items: 1. Closure of the brine pond, including testing
and removal of oil field solid waste and earthwork necessary to allow
the free flow of stormwater from the pond area to the existing site
stormwater drainage system; 2. Demolition of existing above and below
ground concrete structures no longer in use; 3. Installation of a new
19,780 gallon slop oil tank and slop oil transfer pump, along with
associated piping, valves, electrical power, instrumentation,
foundations, and supports; 4. Paving of certain existing roads and
operational areas, including drainage modifications, road striping, and
shoulder modifications. SOL will be issued on or about June 16, 1998
and is restricted to small business firms. See Numbered Note No. 1. The
SIC code is 1629. There is no charge for the SOL and requests must be
in writing. Limited copies of the SOL are available on a
