Architectural and refrigeration upgrade of commissary at San Onofre MCB CA. The contractor will be responsible for an upgraded sales area, new decor and upgrade of the patron waiting/check writing area, construct new administration offices, new health and beauty alcove, and other offices in the warehouse: lighting upgrade; and replacement of the refrigeration equipment including the compressor racks, refrigeration monitoring control system; upgrade HVAC; plumbing and electrical work also required. This project also includes miscellaneous repairs as well as some hazardous material abatement. Phasing of overall contruction work will be required through the duration of the project to allow for full operation of the commissary. Proposed procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bid guarantee is required.
