The work of this contract consists of the general construction of approximately 7 miles of waterline, a new 250,000-gallon reservoir, a new treatment building pumphouse and all related items. The work of this contract also includes upgrading the existing service road, the designated modifications to the existing wellhouse, the pumphouse, the 1-million-gallon reservoir, and the aboveground line; and also includes the demolition of 500,000-gallon reservoir, designated line and structures. -- Estimated price range, $2,500,000 to $5,000,000. -- Time for completion, 510 calendar days. -- Bid opening date is approximate; actual date will be established at the time bidding documents are available. -- All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
