Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform work on the following: water utility, sanitary sewer system, storm drainage, natural gas, exterior lighting, pavement repair, seeding and sod related to utility work in the Military Family Housing residential area. Contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and all work will be awarded by the issuance of delivery orders. The performance period is one year from date of award plus two one-year options exercised unilaterally by the Government if they chose to. The minimum guarantee is $150,000 per year and contract maximum is 15 million over the term of the contract. The resultant contractor will be permitted storage on-site in a pre-designated contractor storage yard.
