Repairs to deteriorated wood sheathed roof deck. Removal of the existing roofing system (i.e. aggregate surfaced built up roof and flashings) down to the wood deck. The installation of preformed siding on the parapet walls. The installation of a new roofing system consisting of a 2 Ply SBS polymer modified bitumen roofing membrane mopped to a base sheet nailed to the deck. Sheet metal work. Approximate area of the roof is 1,400 squares. The contractor installing the roofing system shall be an approved applicator of the roofing system manufacturer.
