The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment in reference to Project No. 648-98-103a "O.R. Ready Angio Room" at the Portland VA Medical Center. Scope of work includes remodel of an existing angio room to accept a new piece of angio equipment and be Operating Room ready. To be O.R. ready this will require a new stand alone air handler to provide 100% outside air to the room. Other items will include a new dressing area and control isolation. Overall remodel includes general demolition, interior finish work, electrical and mechanical work. There is no asbestos or lead paint abatement in this project. This project is subject to the availability of funds. SIC code 1542 applies to this project. The cost range is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000.
