Drecktrah, Contracting Officer, 608-388-2703 Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to install fuel containment liner, Central Fuels Facility and remodel bulk fuel station, Fort McCoy. The site is a bulk fuel facility with aboveground tanks for jet fuel, fuel oil, kerosene, and gasoline. Site features include aboveground piping, aboveground electrical, a security fence, and a pumphouse. Project includes installation of 60 mil HDPE FML for secondary dike containment; installation of internal secondary bottoms to vertical storage tanks; installation of leak detection monitoring equipment, wiring, and conduit; removal, reinstallation, and restoration of aboveground piping; modification of existing tank gauging= systems; replacement and/or repair of shell nozzle penetrations; security fence removal and reconstruction; excavation and disposal of existing containment dike gravel materials; regrading and recompacting of clay FML subbase; import and placement of washed stone for FML cover;= site surface restoration; tank cleaning andinspection; sampling and testing of existing coating system; application of internal tank lining and coating systems; restoration of external tank coating and painting systems; tank testing; modification of process piping inside pumphouse; remodel an existing JP-8 bulk fueling station at 200 gallons/minute into= a combination diesel fuel vehicle dispensing station/bulk fueling station at 25 gallons/minute at each vehicle fueling dispenser and 5- gallons/minute at the bulk fueling station; installation of two island fueling pumps with card readers.
