The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment and materials to perform the work indicated on the specifications and drawings providing for installation of exit/emergency lighting and removal of evaporative coolers, exhaust fans, and addition of 12.5 ton gas/electric A/C unit to include air distribution system; building exhaust fan; and roof ventilator. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 1541 and $17 million, respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurment is DO C2. The anticipated release date of RFQ 9-WSRE-WO8-8-19Q is on or about June 4, 1998 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about July 6, 1998.
