D -- MODIFY AND EXTEND THE CRAFT CFD CODE SOL N68936-98-Q-2013 DUE 060998 POC Phyllis Kennedy, Purchase Agent, (760) 939-4277 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis, services to modify and extend the Craft CFD code for remodeling Fuel Air Explosives (FAE) to utilize metal fuel composition, temperature and vapor pressure data to better simulate the combustion and flow of metallic fuels and to provide 16 hours each of training for two (2) NAWC employees on this code and extension along with the code and documentation for installation on NAWC's computer. This requirement is Sole Sourced to Combustion Research and Flow Technology, Inc., 174 North Main St., Bldg. 3, P.O. Box 1150, Dublin, PA 18917. The Sole Source is based on proprietary rights.
