The finished water brake spear has a diameter of 17.750 at its largest point. A main body that tapers from 7.906" to 7.354" and weighs approximately 1007 pounds. Inspection/Acceptance is at source. Delivery of the completed material shall be no later than 30 Jan 1999. Packing/Packaging is best commerical practice.
