The FRC shall provide coordination, information and technical assistance to six Regional Resource Centers, and other Office of Special Education Programs and Department of Education technical assistance and dissemination projects, and through them, to State Education Agencies and State systems change partnerships to improve early intervention, educational and transitional services and results for children with disabilities and their families.
