Services will consist of presorted first class mail to be prepared for distribution to the United States Postal Service (USPS) on a daily basis. Vendor shall provide pickups and deliveries to the USPS facility whose next-day first class mail delivery standard includes Southeastern Pennsylvania. Initial contract period shall be from date of award through September 30, 1998. Two (2) one year options are available. This is s "Commercial Item" procurement.
