Herchak, Contracting Officer The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials necessary be provided to furnish (F.O.B. Destination) and install approximately 4,200 lineal feet of fencing around the perimeter of the facility at the USDA, Appalachian Soil and Water Conservation Research Lab in Beaver (Beckley), West Virginia. The fencing required is a vertical exotic animal/deer fence and gate and a chain link fencing with pressure treated posts and a gate. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project must be completed within 60 days of receipt of the notice to proceed. Solicitation No. 11-3615-98 contains the specifications and additional information and will be available on or about June 11, 1998.
