McCartney (701)747-6103 or Sherry Scheer (701) 747-5305 Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 941019, Construct Smokehouse at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. The principle features of the project are as follows: The smoke area shall be precast concrete two stories high with attic enclosed by standing seam metal roof. The smoke tower shall be a three story precast concrete structure with steel stairs inside and a precast catwalk to the other areas. The Burn area shall be a one story precast concrete structure with a twelve foot wide operation door and a concrete holding tank below. The period of performance is 240 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. Your requests should indicate exact name and address you wish the solicitation to be sent. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
