McCartney (701)747-6103 or Sherry Scheer (701) 747-5305 Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 950066, Repair Command Post at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. The principle features of the project are as follows: The contractor to provide space to collocate the Command Post, Maintenance Aircraft Coordination Center, specialized consoles and required interaction between functions. Remove and replace central HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) to include Asbestos abatement work. Provide space for Crisis Action Team, Plans Vault, security check points and support functions i.e. class rooms, administrative space, and break rooms in building 607. The period of performance is 335 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. Your requests should indicate exact name and address you wish the solicitation to be sent. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
