This requirement is for contractor to construct a fully operable remediation treatment facility including 21 months of operation and maintenance (O&M). The 21 month of O&M includes 18 months of O&M and 3 months remedial system effectiveness evaluation. The on-site construction activities shall be completed within 30 calendar days of contractor's mobilization to the site. This requirement is unrestricted. Bids will be accepted from both large and small business concerns. Only written requests for solicitation on company letterhead will be honored on a first come first serve basis.
