It is anticipated to result in a five year multiyear contract with options. The procurement will be conducted using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor for this requirement is the Longbow Limited Liability Company (LLC), 5798 South Semoran Bvld, Orlando FL 32822. The Longbow LLC's members are subsidiaries of Lockheed Martin Corporation and Northrop Grumman Corporation. The requirement consists of the following basic quantities plus an option for 480 each missiles in containers in each program year. Program Year Five (FY 03) has an additional option for 403 each. FY 99 2,000 each missiles in containers. FY 00 2,200 each missiles in containers. FY 01 2,200 each missiles in containers. FY 02 2,200 each missiles in containers.
