The washers shall be top loading and use heated pressurized water and an aqueous based cleaning agent for cleaning heavy greases, oils, and baked on carbon and dirt from metal parts. The washer shall be constructed to withstand the environment aboard operating vessels. This procurement is being solicited under FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. Procurement provides for submission of provisioning and technical data.
