This will be a solicitation (IFB), full and open competition, for the manufacturing, testing, inspection and shipment of Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) protection boxes. The protection boxes shall provide EMP protection for the Transportable Single Channel Transponder Receiver (TSCTR). The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a basic effort for 44 each pulse protection boxes and a one year option for up to 48 more.
