TISSUE PROCESSOR THINPREP RFQ 546- 16-98 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation RFQ 546-16 -98 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 46. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 5047 Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees Replacement equipment: TISSUE PROCESSOR (CYTIC) MODEL THINPREP 2000 100/120VVAC, 50-/60HZ, SIZE 20Hx15Dx18W, NO PLUMBING, NEEDS BENCH SPACE OF 2 SQUARE FT WITH 3-INCH VENTILLATION CLEARANCE. Contractor will supply all parts, labor, material and installation. Contractor is required to provide operation/service (maintenance) manuals with each piece of equipment.
