Form/Fit/Function Description: The Stage 2 HPT Shroud provides the closest internal surface to the blades. The item failure would result in an uncontained engine fire and/or a contained catastrophic failure which would result in engine shutdown, and mission about. The fire would pose a potential loss of aircraft and crew. Predominate Material: Rene 71; Hast X; Ni-Al and NI.
