with Detailed Specification AMC/MED-07-98. Performance period to
commence approximately August 11, 1998, and shall be completed within
36 calendar days thereafter, September 15, 1998. The vessel will be
made available for an on-site inspection on June 29 and 30, 1998 at the
Atlantic Marine Center, Norfolk, Virginia. Homeport designation for
this vessel is Norfolk, Virginia. Basic Contract Items are (1) Towing,
(2) Waste Oil Removal, (3) Certification and Monitoring, (4) Salvage
or Scrapping, (5) Ownership Transfer, (6) Drawings and Technical
