All aircraft must be equipped with a minimum inner door opening of 26" that is capable of accommodating rectangular items with outside dimensions measuring 42" x 26" x 21" and shall be equipped with an adequate tie down or restraint system for cargo. Pilot and copilot are required on all flights. Flights will normally originate and terminate at NAS Patuxent River MD with travel to and from other locations within a 300 mile radius of NAS Patuxent River, MD on an "as required" basis. This requirement is for a one-year contract with two one-year options under FAR 52.219-9 and a "not to exceed" six months under FAR 52.217-8. Offer will not be considered unless the offeror is an air taxi operator withinthe meaning of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 (19 USC 1301) as amended.
