The work consists of concrete, masonry, and pavement demolition, modular block retaining walls, unit pavers, concrete stairs and ramps, metal railings, site drainage, concrete curbing, asphaltic concrete pavement, pavement striping, landscaping, site lighting relocation, underground electrical power, and incidental related work. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid opening is not firm, but will be approximately July 17, 1998. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to the commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors.
