The contractor shall use the plans and specifications providing site clearing, earthwork, demolition, concrete, masonry, rough carpentry, casework, metal siding, single ply roofing, steel, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrance and storefront, hardware, glazing, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and lighting. The estimated construction cost range is $1,650,000 to $1,850,000. The performance period is 240 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed. The solicitation package will be available on or about May 27, 1998, and may be obtained by remitting a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $75.00 per set.
