Miner Project includes the construction of 3 barrier free, 2-unit composting toilets and related site work, and removal of two existing vault toilets. The locations are: Haviland Lake Campground Main Road Toilet, Junction Creek Campground Main Loop Toilet and Wiliams Creek Campground on the San Juan National Forest between 18 and 20 miles from Durango, Colorado. The price range is between S100,000 and S250,000. Pay items may be awarded under one contract or as separate contracts. Completion due by August 1999. The evaluation criteria and evaluation weight are as follows: Past Performance (30%), Time Factor (30%), Experience (40%) and Price. See Note #1. (0142)
