The Illinois Air National Guard has a requirement for the construction of adminstrative facilities at the 126th ARW, Scott AFB, Illinois. Work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to (1) construct a vehicle maintenance complex, 8,700 SF and shed, 10,300 SF, performace period 300 calendar days after notice to proceed; (2) construct a base supply complex, 27,000 SF and shed, 4,600 SF, performance period 365 calendar days after notice to proceed; (3) construct a base civil engineer facility, 16,750 SF, performance period 270 calendar days after notice to proceed; (4) construct a wing operations and training facility, 29,500 SF, performance period 390 calendar days after notice to proceed; (5) construct a squadron operations facility, 22,000 SF, performance period 391 calendar days after notice to proceed; and (6) construct a multi-purpose facility, 22,500 SF, performance period 270 calendar days after notice to proceed. Total estimated magnitude of projectis between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. SIC for this solicitation is 1542 and the small business size standard is $17 million. Estimated solicitation issue date on or about June 29, 1998. Estimated bid opening date on or about July 31, 1998.
