As part of the offeror's proposal, a complete set of plans and construction documents for the building is required. The documents shall be prepared to include such detail that the proposed design complies with the solicitation specifications and drawings. Payment and performance bonds are not required; however, alternate payment protection will be required from the successful offeror after award. This acquisition is open to both large and small business under SIC Code 1541. The price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
