The Corps of Engineers has a need for a construction contract for the removal of existing dam gate remote control systems, and furnishing and installing new completely integrated solid-state supervisory control and data acquisition systems for control of the dam gates. Existing conduits, wiring, and gate position sensors are to be reused. Each system includes local gate control systems at each dam gate and a remote dam gate control computer system for operation of the gates from a centralized location. This work is to be done at Locks and Dam 4, River Mile 41.5; Maxwell Locks and Dam, River Mile 61.2; Point Marion Lock and Dam, River Mile 90.8 in Pennsylvania; and Morgantown Lock and Dam, River Mile 102.0; Hildebrand Lock and Dam, River Mile 108.0; Opekiska Lock and Dam, River Mile 115.4 in West Virginia.
