Roof Repair, Base Supply -- This Project includes all labor, materials, equipment, administration, and tools necessary to remove/replace existing built-up roof system of Base Supply Building (Bldg 1090) Mcconnell AFB, KS. Roof will be replaced with a fully-adhered EPDM membrane over 2" of insulation and a 20 gage steel deck. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Anticipated issuance date for this solicitation is 15 Jun 98. Performance period will be 400 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1541. This Past-performance/price trade off Request for Proposal will be issued on an unrestricted basis. No telephone requests for packages will be honored. All requests for solicitation packages must be in writing. There is no charge for this package.
