Grubbe (540) 983-1049 Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, and qualified supervision to perform work for installing and repairing Fire/Smoke Rated partitions and door hardware work as required by the contract drawings and specifications. Work includes, but not limited to, gypsum wall construction and penetrations repair of fire rated partitions above acoustical tile ceilings. Door hardware work includes new closers, latch-lock sets, door bottom catches/sweeps. The construction estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is restricted to small businesses only. SIC 1742 applies.
